• How does Pokerpromotion work?
  1. Sign up at Pokerpromotion and choose a bonus gift.
  2. Sign up at the chosen poker room.
  3. Meet the poker room’s requirements. This could be to play a specified number of raked hands, or an amount to deposit, or a combination of these.
  4. The poker room reports back to Pokerpromotion (this could take a couple of days), and we ship your bonus gift to you.
• Are your free poker chip sets really for free?
  Yes, you can choose any of the bonuses and fulfill the terms and they are yours for FREE!

Shipping info

• How do I get my poker supplies?
  In the US, shipping is provided by UPS Ground. In Europe, the delivery time is 5-6 days.
• How long does it take for you to ship my bonus gift?
  The gift is sent ASAP when we know that you have met the poker room’s requirements. However, it might take a couple of days before we get the information from the poker room.
• Who is responsible for taxes, customs, and so forth for overseas shipping?
  You are. If you feel uncertain contact us, or your local authorities. Citizens in the US, the U.K., France, Germany, Denmark, Spain and Sweden do not need to worry.
